If you have a beta, I would suggest wiping the drive and install the final. rather than upgrading a beta.

well as someone else said in another thread, wait till 3.0.1 comes out and find out. i am sure if you are the registered owner of a developer's license, then you'll be covered one way or another, right? and if not, then you'll be expected to buy it like everyone else. your question only invites answers for ways to get around the purchase. running software update when the first update is released will answer it easily enough. in fact, there are already several updates like the hardware patch and the security update. if you can download and install those, you've probably answered your own question.

Of you have a legal developer copy that you installed to you Mac ... just clean install the 10.3 retail version. No reason for staying in beta while the official is out there, period.
