I closed the lid on my laptop because it seemed to be overheating - then I bumped my laptop really hard, and when I opened it again, it wasn't on anymore, and when I pressed the power key, it went BEEEEEEEEP in a low tone that wasn't coming from the speakers. It sounded like a PC noise.
It also seems to be shutting itself down when I leave it on when I'm away. I think it's overheating.
The harddrive is a brand new replacement. This might have something to do with it?
Since the scary beep I've been shutting it down every time I leave.
