eMac : Harddisk Partitioning

hi,

recently, i've got an offer from my office taht they buy me an eMac for me to work... due to tight budget... the only Mac that i can get is the eMac with SuperDrive...

ok, so my question is... since the HardDisk is 80G. Should i partition the HD to several small HD Partiotion.. or do i just leave it as it is...

Well, I would recommend just keeping the one partition, but as Randman asked, What will you be using if for?
If you are just going to use iTunes, a word processing program, and some other basic office programs, you don't need to repartition.
 
well... i will be using my eMac mostly for doing PHP programming... iTunes is a must... and i want to try the new iLife '04... i will not be doing any graphic design... even if i do... i won't be doing 20+MB file size...

based on your recommendation... it seems that i don't need to do partitioning on my HD. anyway thanks...
