Emac Os 9.2.2 Find File/sherlock Missing

Neither the Find File nor Sherlock on my emac OS 9.2.2 will work. Can anyone help?

Check in System Folder>Extensions for Find Folder and Find by Content
If they are not in there, check Extensions (disabled). They need to be in the active Extensions folder.
