Recycle Me!
Might seem like a silly question, but umm... how do you exit emacs once it's running? aside from just closing the terminal window, i've no idea how to do this. I've skimmed the help menus and all but can't seem to find it. Thanks!
 
Emacs has a pretty cool built in tutorial. Just type C-h t and it'll open a document that walks you through some of the basic (and cryptic) usage techniques.
