Do you want honest email or spam. I can tell you how to send it legitimatly but if you try to spam that way you will get kicked off your ISP super fast.

There are two truly great e-mail list managers: ezmlm (including ezmlm-idx, an extended version) and GNU Mailman. Both will run on top of the world's finest MTA, qmail.

I used to use Majordomo for a while, think that's UNIX based.
