email & Snow Leopard

iMac, purchased 14 months ago, the small screen with the faster processor, recently added Snow Leopard, wife and I each have our own account. Only added/purchased software is MS Office.

My email is fine. Hers... some deleted messages come back marked as new, with the blue bubble. What?

And the scroll button on the mouse recently stopped scrolling up. Still scrolls left and right and down, just not up.

If I remember right have the affected account just launch Entourage while holding down the "option" key while launching the program. It will ask if you want to rebuild the program and it might help.
