Yes, this is a dorky request, even for an OS forum, but I'd like some tool to compile data and make reviews/goal setting more productive and less of a chore. Any ideas? Everything I've found thus far is for PC...
 
Most companies use Excel spreadsheets (something like this) that are automated. Might try doing a search for something like that in Google. If not, try looking into a FileMaker solution. Chances are someone has made something like that already.
