I've been searching the forums and didn't find anything about this:
Ever since I upgraded to Jaguar, the Empty Trash Alert Message doesn't appear, although this option is checked in the preferences window.
I've recently switched to Panther and the problem is still there.
It's not big deal for me, but I'm upgrading several users in my network to Panther and I'm sure they'll be trashing files unadvertely if they can't see this warning (you know that kind of careless users).
I'd like to avoid this potential source of headaches.
PS.: On my home G4 Cube, Panther displays that warning. At work we use G4 FW800.
