en.lproj gone

I have delted my

system/library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/en.lproj

Is there anyway to get this back?

I was having problems with my HP Color Laser Jet printer.

It worked, then I installed a new HP pritner, then the LaserJet didn't work.

I'm able to print now, but it takes roughly 5 minutes to print a 2 page .rtf file.

Any help would be appreciated.
