encryptable flash drive

Hello all,
I'm trying to find a flash drive of a decent capacity that can be/is encrypted and will work with both Mac OSX and Windows. Can anyone recommend one?

The only way, without special software, to have a drive work with both Mac and Windows is to have one in the FAT32 format.
