Entourage 10 "recently used" export

We are having a bear of a time removing the "recently used" emails from Entourage. HAs anyone had success with this?

To remove "addresses":

Preferences : Mail & News Preferences : Compose : Recent Addresses

If this is not what you are speaking of (perhaps Project Gallery also?) - please describe where you see this.

We need to get the addresses off the drive for use on another machine. We can remove them permanently but not remove for other use.

I've used Export-Import Entourage X with success, but I don't know where the "recent" list is located to just copy those items, or even the Autocomplete items...perhaps being able to share the contacts will do it for you?

Can you just copy the preferences of the Microsoft User Data Folder to the new machine?
