One of the computers set up in my office is unable to forward email messages in Entourage 2001. This is an OS9 machine but i don't know where else to turn for help. She is able to reply and send new messages all she wants but can not forward. This is a very important email address the mail comes to and needs to be able to forward on to others in the office. I have advised her temporarily to just reply and change the addresses she sending to but i know this can not be the long term fix. PLEASE HELP!!
