Greetings --
One of our employees is having difficulty sending an email from Entourage. The email has one (TO) recipient and 160+/- BCC recipients.
It is a simple email message - no attachments.
The SEND NOW bar is grayed out and will not let him send the message.
He is able to send other messages. He receives mail fine.
Any clues?
RESOLVED - One of the 160+ recipients had a bad email address. Corrected address and SEND NOW is now available.
