I've looked for a solution for my problem but can't find one. Entourage was working beautifully for over a year with my junk mail settings set to High and with various different rules in place. All of a sudden it seems that everything goes to my Junk folder and my rules don't work automatically. I've tried rebuilding and repairing the database but it hasn't helped. Contacts in my address book and in the mailing list are often classified as Junk too. Even more annoying, some of the most obvious junk gets to my Inbox. Aagh!
Has anybody got any ideas? I'm using Entourage 2004 with Mac OSX 10.4.5.
