Entourage Attachments

Cant open email attachments in Entourage .doc, .pps, .wps
the only ones I can open are jpg's I copied all these files to my PC and they opened
surprised since I have Office 2004 installed

My friend used to login to the university using internet explorer on his PC
with his new Mac he cant, is IE available for the MAC?

Unfortunately yes. But only the earlier version.
However, it's possible to set both "Safari" and "Firefox" to present itself as I.E.

Drag or download the files to a folder on your Hard Drive. Right-click and select "Open With" then navigate to PowerPoint (or whatever you should be using) and select that.
