Entourage, Citrix Calendar Issue?

We use Entourage on our Mac, along with Citrix application. The user can access emails, calendars, contacts, etc... through Entourage or Citrix/Outlook 2k3

Any time she receives an appointment and accepts it in Citrix it disappears and doesn't reapper in Entourage. Now if she accepts it in Entourage it shows up fine in Entourage and Citrix, and even Outlook Web Access.

It seems that Entourage isn't pulling from the server the correct or any, info regarding updates made in Citrix... but I would assume Entourage just pull info from the Mail server no matter which application accepted the meetings.

Please help.
