Entourage error -17099

Hello,

I started having this issue today. It has only happened when I tried to reply to one person (although there are three of us on my domain who are all having this issue trying to reply to this same person). I should clarify that we can all send a new mail to this person without issue.

I have spoken with GoDaddy support and they confirmed this was not a server issue (it worked perfectly fine via webmail) and that I needed to contact Entourage support.

To answer the above questions, I am using Microsoft Entourage (for Mac) 2008.

The full error message states:

Error: Message refused.

Explanation: Mail could not be sent.

Account name: "Eleven Canterbury (IMAP)"


Error: -17099

Any ideas what is causing this? I have been using IMAP through Entourage for 2.5 months with no issue. Even now, I have not had this issue when replying to or sending to anyone other than this one person, whose domain is ufk.ch.

The full format of this person's address is firstnamename_initial.lastname at the above domain.

Again, we can send new mails, but are unable to reply without this error.

Entourage used my entire daily limit of 250 SMTP relays this morning in the space of 72 minutes because the reply was hung up somewhere.
