Entourage Identity issue

Greetings,

I'm hoping that someone can assist with this issue. I have recently purchased a Powerbook G4 laptop and I have transfered both my wife's and my user accounts to the machine from a G4 emac. I have no trouble opening my mail in Entourage in my account but on my wife's account she gets a message that Entourage cannot access her identity and suggests trying a rebuild of the database. The program then automatically opens the database utility.

I am using Entourage 2004 11.2.1. The computers are on OS X.4.5. I have checked the permissions and have run disk repairs on the laptops. I have copied her Microsoft User Folder to the laptop more than once and have rebuilt the database. Her email still works fine on the emac but does not open on the laptop.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this issue?
 
I have used her account account on both machines to move the databases. I have tried both a straight copy and one using "Cronosync". I have also removed office and re-installed it.
