Entourage is crashing with specific mails

When I open some specific mails and then I try to click on another Entourage just crashes and appears this.

Its really weird. I was thinking to reinstall it, but I'm just afraid of loosing any email or configuration. Is there any way to backup EVERYTHING (Email configuration, emails, adresses etc)

This is an error that is happening to many computers after the last update. Microsoft is (I hope) working on a new update to fix it. It is not only opening email, if you mark one to delete, it can also crash.
