I have had Entourage problems when deleting files. When I try to delete I get "unknown error 4362". This happened in my deleted files and wiped ou the whole program. I downloaded a new Entourage and it's been fine, but now it's happening in my sent file when I try to delete. It will not let the delete option complete and then when I go there, it will not let me out when I click OK on the error box. I have to turn off the computer completely then re boot!
