Entourage Project: Last Message Sent / Received

I have set up a project with several contacts. I have sent and received mail from several, but still show 'never' in the 'Last Message Sent' and 'Last Message Received' summary.

I have multiple accounts set up for my different email addressses, does this affect the handling of this notation? I am sending directly from the 'new message to' function in the contacts list.

Any thoughts?
