Entourage - signatue links.

Probably a really simple stupit question.

Does anyone know why when I either key in an email a url link, with http://www.awebsite.com or just www.awebsite.com, most recipients of the email say that it does not show up as a link when they receive my email?

I have it set to send as HTML format by the way.

Any ideas?

Dear All,

You don't really 'key' in anything apart the actual URL. You just type it as normal.
Yes you have to have the email in HTML format and receiver also has to have 'HTML' switch on.

Apart from that, that's all you do.

To prove the point do this:

1. Create a new email message in Entourage.
2. When finished, click "Send Later"
3. Goto your "OutBox".
4. In the body of your message, the URL should appear as clickable links.

Simple.

If it doesn't work at the receiver end, then it's their email package, not yours.
