Entourage won't send

I have a MacBookPro (Mac OS X) running Entourage 2008 12.2.4.

How do I get rid of messages that won't send? Weeks ago I tried to send a couple of video files attached to an email. They wouldn't send and now every time I use entourage I see
 
Yes, I finally did that and it worked great. I was able to delete the offending emails, now I am wondering if there is a way to in the future to be able to send files such as these. Thanks very much.
 
What sizes were the video files and which email service are you using? I don't know about the others, but gmail has a 25 mb message and attachment limit. Anything over the limit will be bounced back to the sender.

It is not nice to email large files even if your email provider allows them. Large attachments hold the recipients' computers hostage while they download. You should post large files on a free online storage site like Box.net and then email links to your recipients.
