I recently have noticed that my 2450 crashes every time I want to press the customize or the configuration buttons. This happens when I go thorough photoshop as well as going thorough the stand alone app. This even happens regardless of the user that is logged in.
I have downloaded and reinstalled the latest epson scanner software and it still crashes.
Everything else works fine. I can scan and use every other option. I just can't get to the configuration or customize areas.
I need to get to them to sync with some new color settings I have created.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
