Okay, is anybody else having problems access their printer via the Epson Printer Utility?
I find that it is sporadic at best. I can sometimes get the printers to show up, but when I click on the printer, it goes into a loop and will not let go. I force quit, it stays. I force quit again, it is still there. I try to restart, it cuts down to the blue screen and will not shut down with holding the power button for 10 seconds.
I have tried to find anything on the web, the apple site and the epson site and there is nothing there for the EPSON Printer Utility 2.1.4. Is there an update? How can I uninstall all the printers and reinstall or is this just a buy.
I cannot clean the heads on my printer. Any help will help.
