Erasing podcast from my ipod

I am trying to Erase podcasts from my ipod.
Once I have heard them I want to erase them.
Traveling, I do not have access to a Mac.
I need to erase podcasts without my computer.

To be honest, I don't think you can unless you do use a computer. Or at least I haven't figured it out with my iPod nano.

However, unheard podcasts should have a blue dot beside them. You'll need a computer to delete things, though.
