I get err=3253 when trying to down load IPod from air america to Itunes Ipod download on my Pro Mac. I unplugged DSL and router. Tried again. Same problem.

Are you downloading more than one episode at once? (If so pause all but one)
Do you get this on this file or on all files?
You unplugged the DSL and router - did you try without router as well?
Are you on wireless? It looks like there are a few others with the issue you are having. Trying interface robustness or different channels would be also good next steps.
