Hi Im new to the mac world, recently i have tried to download an online poker game and failed to mount due to error 95 (no mountable system).
I have tried looking on the internet but cannot get a straight answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have a mac os x 10.2.8 thanks

Welcome . . . to . . . the LIGHT!!!

First, is it a Mac compatible program? Check the "System Requirements" for the program to see if it lists Mac, OS 10.2--it may require 10.3 or higher.

Second, if that does not answer your question, post your details--here are mine as an example:

Model: MacBook Black
HD: 300 Gig
Processor: 2 GHz Intel Core Duo
Memory: 2 Gig
System: 10.4.11

You can find this under "About This Mac" under the Apple icon on your tool bar on the top of your screen.

also i must add, I viewed another thread and it said to delete kenalcache and ext.ktextcache, unable to even see what these are says the system cannot look at these, sorry dont know what im doing on these computers a little computer illiterate

I will let the More Informed tell you whether or not you should upgrade to 10.3 or 10.4. However, consider getting the now mega cheap books "The Missing Manual" from Pogue on OS X. There is also the "Little Black Book" series. They are cheap since they are now pushing the ones for OS 10.5. They are great introductions to Macs.
