Error code when writing video ts file

I am trying to burn a video ts file in toast, but about a quater of the way through i get an error that says Sense Key = 4 , Sense Code =0x03, what does this mean am i doing something wrong?

Sorry forgot, im running OSX 10.4.8, 1 gb sdram, 1.5ghz mac mini

Gary, you forgot to mention the important stuff. How did you get
a VIDEO_TS folder (not a file) onto your hard drive? What movie
is it? What Region? What DVD writer do you have? What brand and
type of DVD are you attempting to write to and at what speed?

I'd guess you used MacTheRipper 2.6.6 or Handbrake on a DVD with
Sony/Disney's ratbastard (I believe that's the technical term) copy
protection. Or with any of the newer DVDs that those two apps can't
handle.

But I'm not good at guessing. Please tell us. And prettyplease just be
backing up a DVD that you own.

Hi there, sorry

I used mac the ripper, and yes i own the movie, its Xmen 3 (awesome film) its region 2 (uk). I tried copying to disc using Toast Titainium.

im using the standad dvd rw drive that comes with the mac mini. Im not sure what make the discs are, they have no markings on them, they may be made by Novatech. Im writing at 8x speed i believe.
