Error installing Adobe Illustrator CS

Hi,

I am trying to install Adobe CS and keep getting the error:

An unexpected error occurred
BusSet 3 Business Card.ait

The installation then quits.

I have searched the forums for similar posts but haven't found any. If anyone could shed some light on a solution to this I'd be most grateful. Please let me know any further information you need in order to help.
