Interesting that Apple now has the eworld.com domain directing to www.apple.com - I know that in the past it wasn't going anywhere, and had assumed that Apple had let the domain lapse, but a whois shows it registered since '94, and a modification date on 22 Feb, 2001 (presumable when they redirected it?)

This does NOT mean that Apple is resurrecting eWorld, just that they're still protecting the name.

(silentype was a thermal printer for the Apple II)

Actually I have heard rumors that Disney is using custom made Newtons. I'll post a link to the discussion when I find it.
