Excessive Logon Failures from my Mac

I'm on a windows domain here at work and my mac at 21,000 netbios login failures last night with my domain user ID to a couple of file servers I commonly use to store files.

I'm trying to trace what process running would be doing this? Does anyone have any idea? I don't have any persistent network connections mapped to any servers and my password hasn't changed in a while.

Two questions:

1. What version of Microsoft Server domain are you on (Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008)?

2. What version of OS X are you running?
