Expanding Powerbook video capabilities - is it possible?

Does anyone know if you can expand the video capabilities of a PowerBook G3 (Pismo/Firewire)? I would assume that you would have to do it by way of the PC-card port. My PB has the standard AGP ATI Rage Mobility with 8MB of VRAM and I would like to expand my video to 32MB to take advantage of Quartz Extreme. It would also make my choice of upgrading to a G4 500mHz easier (I think Newer of Sonnet make upgrade options) rather than having to shelve out for a brand new machine. Zeal :)

Nope, sorry, the PowerBook's, like the iMac's and eMac's graphics chip, is soldered directly on the motherboard, and there is no way to replace it :(
