export contacts thru webpage .mac

I'm not using my powerbook right now, And I need to export all my isynced contacts out of my .mac account. I can use www.mac.com and do the thing there, but I want to export them to transfer them to a windows program that I'm using this days. Is there a way to export the contacts from the .mac web page? Is there anythng si sync the contact under windows?

The easiest way to export contacts is to go into Address Book, select all, and choose File --> Export. I've foudn vCards to be the ideal format for transferring contacts between different types of machines.

That's a handy thing when you have your mac with you. But in this case, my mac is not with me. I'm checking my contacts through the .mac web page.
There is where I want to export them from.
Is there a way to do this?
