Exporting contacts from Entourage to Address Book

I can't figure how to export my contacts from Entourage to Address Book. Address book only accepts imports from vCard and LDIF and Entourage only seems to export .txt files.
I put a .vcf extension once and all it did was save all of the contacts in one big jumped vcard that was of little use.
Can anyone help?

Create a folder on your desktop to hold your vcards
Open Entourage
Click "Address Book" icon.
Click anywhere in the list of addresses (to enable that pane)
Hit Cmd-A (to select all)
Drag the whole mess off the Entourage window into the folder you created.
Poof! Zillions of vcards.
Quit entourage
Open Address Book
Choose File/Import...
Select your folder.

That should do it.
