exporting Interarchy bookmarks

Is there a way to export all (about 20) of my bookmarks (of FTP sites) in Interarchy so someone on a different computer (both Macs) can open them and have them all saved on her computer as bookmarks?

Under 10.6 (Snow Leopard) the preferences moved to:

~/Library/Application Support/Interarchy/

In Interarchy 10, there are both plists and folders/files involved in preserving bookmarks.

Has anyone figured out how to share Interarchy bookmarks via Dropbox?
