I have a Macbook Pro 17". I have a eSATA drive and a express card/34. I see the icon in the menu bar, but unknown vendor and mass storage controller are greyed out. Power off card is black. THe express card came without any drivers and the manufacturer's website has no drivers for a mac. What else can I try? Thanks

What's the exact brand and model of the ExpressCard? Perhaps it's not compatible with Macintosh computers.
