Well, I am new to this forum so I hope I am not asking something already addressed. Here is my problem.
I have an Old Linotype-Hell scanner, works perfectly, and I need to be able to save tiff files on an external hard drive (Seagate) and transfer these files to my customer's Windows XP machines.
Has anyone else had to do this? If so what format did you use and how do I do it?
