Extracting password from IE?

Hi there.
Changing to Safari from IE, I ran across a site to which I have no record of my password, other than within the IE prefs. How can I read/extract the password, so that I can use Safari to read the site?

I have tried Keychain access,reading the Explorer prefs,etc; Cmd-C in the password window, but nothing. Is there a (hidden) explorer passwords file or anything?

Can't you just ask to haev the password resent to you?

If you haven't already, check your IE cookies list.

... some passwords are visible in cookies ... e.g. in AI .. (and some not)

Thanks guys. Have asked site for password (no reply yet) but in mean time cannot view cookies (looking at permissions at present to solve) so am stuck for while with IE when I want this site; not too desparate.
