I have a PowerMac G4, OSX operating system, with an external USB faxmodem (Zoom). I use the fax software built into the operating system. Although I'm able to fax a document (InDesign) through the use of my address book, I have to insert the long distance prefix whenever I do so). Is there a way to have the built-in program do that for me, i.e., some sort of preferences that I could create?
