file stopps backup

Hi there,
I am backing up regularly every other day with SuperDuper. This morning after my scheduled nightly backup I had a backup failure. It seems SuperDuper has found a file that it can't copy and therefore aborts the backup. The log shows as shown below. My question: Can I just delete the offending file? I have never had this before so it must be something new. And if it is new, do I really need the file? Or is there a way I could change permissions or something similar to make it work? Is this file essential???

Many thanks in advance. Roland

P.S. I think the last 7 lines are what is offending SuperDuper.
