We're using OS X 10.3.9 abd a Snap server 435144. We're getting a software update very soon---Guardian, I believe it's called. Anyway, we used to be able to search for files from the Mac (using the Finder) and it would find the files we've stored on the Snap.
Then, the Snap began to drop the connection with the Macs when the Finder was used. The Snap technician said Snap doesn't work with Mac finder---but it did, and for months! We would really love to get it to work again (even if it's not supposed to!) Anyone out there have any hints? Thanks!
