When I start my iMac G5, The finder never loads and the multi-Colored loading icon displays. I do not have the task bar at the top of the screen either. Also the hard drive Icon does not display. If I do a force quit, then try to relaunch Finder a couple of times, I can get the apple logo, so I can either restart or shutdown. I have tried both and nothing different happens.
