Finding passwords in Cache or Cookies

Is there a way to find and unscramble passwords in cache or cookies for people who have used my laptop (G4 Powerbook w/OS X) for AOL or Hotmail? I allowed someone to temporarily use my laptop to check their email, etc. and I am very suspicious as to the nature of the work they did. I see where they have gone from History, but that is as far as I can trace their activity.
Thank you.

If your planning to access someones email or a persons password protected account on anything im pretty sure youll be breaking the law.

And what do you mean your "suspicious"? Surely if you thought theyd been doing something they shouldnt have been on your computer youd take it up with the person involved?

Thank you for your note. I certainly was not suspicious of their activity on my computer until I saw the sites and searches being conducted...there were fragments of headers to emails and chat that were interspersed with search sequences that seemed concerning. I will confront the person, but I wanted to first see what exactly had been said before reacting (or overreacting).

I have no problem if you know the answer to my question but have personal or professional concerns in providing the solution...that is certainly your right. I am fairly certain, however, that anything on my computer going over the internet is considered as public domain and not protected by any rights of privacy....that goes for anything of my own, as well as anyone who has used it.
