Firefox: Page Down/Up doesn't work

Could I have somehow disabled this? Quite bizarre.
Also the Spacebar doesn't activate Page Down though I'm not sure if its supposed to.

Mine works fine. Command + Page Down & Command + Page Up

Space and Shift Space also work, Down and Up

This happens when you enable the "tryping something to search for it without pressing Command-F" feature. So, if you never use that feature, turn it off.
