flac to mp3

i am looking for a program that can change flac files to mp3 format,can anyone name a easy to use program for me please?
 
You could try a program called FLACer, this will convert to AIFF and you can convert those to mp3 via iTunes. If you8 have access to a Windows system the easiest one to use that I have found is called Switch.
