M mindbend Registered May 6, 2006 #1 I can't get Flash to work on my 20" Intel iMac even with the latest Beta 8.5 Player. Any thoughts? My friend has the 17" version and it works fine. I even ran the uninstaller first. No luck.

That means that Flash itself might only be for PowerPC, which means it's not a Universal Binary. This would be the only reason I can think of for it not running the plug-in.
