Flash in Websites

To download Youtube videos for example, I just (in Safari) go to Window -> Activity, to doubleclick the right link and download it.
BUT:
How do I download normal flash animations? If I double click those, a new window opens, with only that flash file in the window, nothing else. But I can't get it to download the flash animation.
So in the address bar I see something like this:

www.whatever.com/images/flash/menu.swf

Safari opens this file, but how do I download it? It's really simple, but I just can't remember...

EDIT: I found out how to download it, just now Flash Professional won't open it!

alt+doubleclick downloads .swfs.

.swf's are not editable, they are only viewable, either in a browser, or in the standalone SAFlashplayer bundled with Flash

EDIT: I found out how to download it, just now Flash Professional won't open it!

Drag the file to Firefox or Safari while holding Apple-Option. This will force the app to open it (Safari doesn't like to open .swfs by default)

'So in the address bar I see something like this: www. ... .swf ... Safari opens this file, but how do I download it? It's really simple, but I just can't remember...'

Select 'Safari's 'File, Save As...' ('Command S') menu item.
