Flash videos stop playing after 2-3 secs

Hi,

I can't seem to play any flash videos from any sites, I have tried uninstalling adobe flash player using the uninstall tool, and have reinstalled the latest flash update, but the problem remains.

The issue occurs in both Firefox and Safari.

Please can anyone help me, as I have not been able to finf a solution for 3 months.
